Landon turned 2 so he went to the zoo!

I like animals and the sounds they make. We went to the zoo for my birthday. My grandmas and grandpas were there and some friends. I got to ride on the carousel and the little train. Then we went home and had an ice cream car cake from DQ and I blew out the candles! I also had a car cake on my actual birthday.

Kristina Hayes, who shopped for shoes with her nephew, Landon, Tuesday morning at Little Tykes, said consignment shops are good idea for people looking to save a few bucks, especially people shopping for children.

“The way kids grow out of shoes and clothes, it’s just silly to pay full price,” she said.

Hayes said in this economy, it’s understandable that consumers are looking for ways to make their dollars go further.

“It makes a lot of sense,” she said. “People are trying to cut back wherever they can.”

Easter

Happy Easter! I went on an Easter egg hunt and found lots of eggs! I also dyed some eggs.

Breckenridge

We went to Breckenridge to watch skiers and try sledding (I screamed). I had fun running around town, watching people and riding the shuttle!

We are getting ready for baby sister Sierra to come. I am learning new words all the time! Right now, when someone says "How old is Landon?"
